U12 in Missoula

On Saturday April 15th, The Kootenai Rapids U12 team traveled to Missoula to match up against the Blitz and Ravalli United. The Blitz came out strong to take a 1-0 lead for most of the match against the Rapids. In the waning minutes of the second half the Rapids team was able to equal the score and force a draw. Their second match again began with a strong showing from the Rapid's players creating and holding on to a 1-0 lead going into the middle of the second half. Their play held out only to have a couple of unfortunate events leave them with a 1-2 loss. The U12 team travels to Kalispell April, 22nd to take on a Kalispell and Missoula team.
